These classes are designed for maintenance personnel, electricians, and engineers to provide them with the necessary skills to insure less down time. The classes provide both basic theory and advanced diagnostics with a heavy emphasis on “Hands on Training” used in startups and general maintenance. Avtron has a professional training facility with state-of-the-art equipment to provide the highest quality of training. Our customers deserve nothing less. |

Field Service
Avtron maintains a staff of experienced and knowledgeable Field Service Engineers. They provide complete startup, maintenance and diagnostic capabilities for systems worldwide. Avtron Service Engineers have experience commissioning control systems in a variety of industries and applications. The Service Engineers are fully knowledgeable in PLC and MMI applications/programming/service/maintenance. Avtron Service Engineers will work to meet customer preferences and schedules.
Services Avtron Field Service Engineers can provide include:
- Telephone support
- On-site service
- Remote computer/modem support of Avtron drive systems
Support 24 hours per day, 365 days per year is available. Service is generally provided by Avtron employees. In some cases, service is provided by some of Avtron’s Certified Integrators and OEM’s. Avtron provides a 24-hour emergency “hot line”, manned by service engineers on a rotating basis.
In addition to startups and support, Avtron Service Engineers also implement system upgrades to increase machine speed and productivity. Customer product improvement ideas are always welcomed and taken back to Avtron for attention.
